2. No Guarantee of Visa/Approval While we provide professional guidance and legal assessment via PICS Australia, the final decision for any visa grant or FBR clearance lies solely with the respective government departments (DHA Australia, FBR Pakistan, etc.). Harmain Agency is not responsible for any rejections.
3. Consultation Fees Consultation fees or service charges are for professional advice and file processing. These fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
4. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for providing genuine and accurate documents. Any fraudulent documentation provided by the client will lead to immediate termination of our services.
5. Partner Operations Our Australian operations are conducted in collaboration with PICS Australia. Clients engaging in Australian visa services agree to the legal framework provided by our partners.
